Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to send anything back.

Because this product makes direct contact with skin, we're unable to accept physical returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

If the product didn't work for you as expected, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
